Airime dissappeared

On the 21st my phone had enough money for my bis to be renewed as it was ending on the 21. When I cheked my the next morning my money was gone. I phoned mtn to found out what happened to my money and they said I was downloading at 12.24. How could I download at that time when I had switched off my phone when I go to sleep. The gentleman from mtn said he would escalate the call (21st feb) and that men would get back to me. They didn't so I phoned them on 23 feb and the lady who answered told me that firstly my call shouldn't have been escalated as I was downloading at that time and used up my airtime. I then asked to speak to the superviser and she told me the only way to get this sorted out is if I pay to have a statement send to me and then it can only be taken further. I am sorry but mtn gives terrible service and I will not be using them anymore I am very upset them
