MTN repairs and insurance stinks 7 weeks & no fone

I booked my samsung galaxy in for repairs at the Century blvd store in century city on the 11/1/2013.
I have MTN direct insurance for this handset. The repair was minor and it was only a screen which needed replacement. I indicated to the person helping me that I was based in JHB and the repair was urgent as the phone has all my contacts, emails and other very important info which i would need for this year. I was still in the cape for an additional week and was told that it would be classed urgent and if possible the phone could be colleced within 5 working days. Between the repairs department and insurance department my phone is still not in my possession. they promissed me that they would contact balfour park store in johannesburg and deliver it to them once the repair was done. On 21 I went passed balfour park store and they told me that they returned the phone to the cape store. i have made a number of calls and been transferred from pillar to post and have made sure that the calls are recorded. I have decided after being a vip client for 15years if not longer to migrate my 2 packages to the lowest possible and have applied to another service provider. WHERE IS PHONE MTN?
