I see that everyone is posting a similar issue, so I'm just going to add my 2c in.
I recently upgraded to uncapped with Cybersmart, and we have lost all internet speed. Its so slow, [URL Removed] cant even connect for a test..
Joseph was a great consultant to speak to and he even got my uncapped working while I was on the phone which was fantastic service. For once I thought I had come right with Cybersmart but was shortly dissapointed when I found that every single online game I play has become unusable..
Cybersmart, please contact me today on the listed phone number and fix this :( or I will be forced to move which I really dont want to do.
