DEDUCTING MONEY WITHOUT CONSENT

On the 21st of Feb an amount of R456.99 was deducted from my account. When I phoned Homemark to enquire about the deduction, they told me that is was because of the dishwasher that I won. according to them, I aggreed to paying that amount to have the item delivered. Apparently they talked to me @ around 14:00, by that time I was on lunch so they could not have spoken to me. Our calls are recorded so I pulled the voicelog and listned to the proposed call. The lady who answered the phone did not even have a chance to ask any questions as the consultant talked to fast and then put the phone down. I phoned them again and spoke to a Hammond/ Kate/ Gladice and asked to speak to a manager, but was not once given the opportunity. Gladice told me that the money would be refunded and proof there of faxed to me. I am still waiting for either to happen.
Money gets deducted without consent and no one owns up to it.
