On the 21st of Nov MTN uploaded my top up of 500MB & R200 airtime. Two days later I had to do a BlackBerry software update & after that all my airtime & data was gone! Yesterday morning I uploaded 150MB data & probably an hour later it was gone! Phoned call centre & eventually got to somebody who helped. Lady informed me that I had to phone 1555. Did that, but had to call back from another phone so they could help. Phoned back again & operator said he would have to check, was waiting for system & would phone me back. I'm still waiting for feedback. Never had this issue before & my usage is still the same, so who/what is my money? Was also informed that I can't go on a BIS package, a fact that Mall@Reds branch failed to tell me when I upgraded to the Q10. So I'm stuck with a deal that steals the little money I have.
