Blackberry Q10 connect and download from internet

I recently upgraded to a Blackberry Q10. Firstly the sales lady at Nigel MTN did not inform me that it does not have BIS, but you are billing me for it. Now I receive R4300.00 accounts where this phone is going on the internet at night and downloading "I DON'T KNOW WHAT" and nobody can help me to stop this. I want this to stop, when I ask the girl behind the counter to change my phone she told me that I must take out another contract. You are selling this phone I want it to stop downloading stuff without my permission. I do not want to put off the data setting as then I do not get sms and BBM's.
I also phoned a number MTN gave me 1555, as I understand this number is for Blackberry help guess what they could not, what a surprise
