BLACK LISTED PHONE

I've sent my Black Berry contract phone in for repairs and got an exchange unit back. The phone was working perfectly for a while when it just could not pick up any signal, took it back to Vodacom and as for what I can understand the swap out unit was still under previous owners name and he/she got black listed and now my phone is dead (blocked). I took it in to Your Middelburg mall branch and I am still waiting any reply and its now already 6 Weeks
