FAULTY CELL PHONE

I handed in my Blackerry Torch in September/October last year, and they gave me a replacement phone, now this replacement phone scrolls up when I'm typing a message, which is not a big concern as I hold down the one button and manage to type the message. In September same time I handed in my phone, I upgrated my daughters Cell phone to a Blackberry 9360. This scroll button doesnt work and it resets by itself, I took this phone in on the 18.02.2013 and once again I got a replacement phone. What a lot of, giving me someones elses faulty phone this thing hangs, resets it selfs, when going on to messenger, you see half a screen and half of the menue screen, it gets no signal the scroll button works with times. No man, why give me someone elses??? Do you call that service!!! Fix this now!! I dont want others, I want either her phone back, fixed or I need some phone with no issues, I pay my contract fees, I adhere to my 24 month contract, you do the same!!
