This is the second time that i reported my blackberry faulty the first time it was replaced without giving me a new sales agreement, how incompetent can one get!!! I visited the branch well over 2 months ago to report my phone for the second time the scroll button did not work and battery was faulty, the last Message i received was on the 5th of September stating that they are awaiting spares, have been to the branch numerous times .. Wasting my petrol and time, just to find that the person working with cell phones is not there and no one has a clue as to how long it is going to take, now this is really sucky service, i am PAYING!!! For something i don't have, now you can keep your phone and refund me my money :-(
