I'm tired... no actually I'm fed up with battling!!! I had a problem with my scroll button not working and send the phone in for repairs. I waited about a week to receive a "new" phone cause mine couldn't be repaired only to find out i got someone else's rubbish that couldn't be fixed (a refurbished phone)! which with in 2 month this phones scroll button was not working! i then handed this phone in for repair and had to wait another week for a phone! (which i clearly stated i would not accept another refurbished phone) the guy that handed me my "new" phone (not sure what his name is but i do know that he had a broken arm at this time so it should be easy to find out who he is) guaranteed me that this wasn't a refurbished phone. Which according to me a new phone comes in a SEALED box. Needless to say this "new" phone's screen/face is busy coming off so i guess i need to take it back to vodacom again! I am fed up of traveling back and forth, i am fed up of not having a phone, i am fed up of being to and i am fed up of vodacoms signal problems! I would really like to know what you are going to do to rectify this cause i am paying every month for what?
