I have a Blackberry Torch - one year old - if even. The scroll button works in that it scrolls, but it wont "enter", so i cant use it to click into anything. I have to use the touch screen - which is a joke.
So since the phone is only a year old, i take it back to Vodacom. They tell me they can fix it, but because the "paint/cover" is chipping off, they will charge me for that. I tell the woman i dont want them to touch the cover, as i dont have an issue with it at all. They must just fix the scroll button. Then she says i dont have a choice, they will fix everything that's broken. Well, show me a Blackberry Torch that's paint is NOT chipping after a year and i'll show you a NEW one! Coz i've ever only seen new ones not chipped - so this is just a way for Blackberry to actually make me pay for their scroll button which they have to fix. 2-year warranty my! It's useless! NEVER EVER EVER another Blackberry for me. Three broken phones later, i should've learned my lesson long ago.
