I reported a business line that is faulty - no receiving calls, if you phone the business nr it rings, but no
sound from the instrument.
i phone daily to check on the progress, there is no technician available to attend to the problem, i explained to the call centre agent at 10217 that we cant do any business, and losing income as the phone is not receiving calls, she gave a option to divert calls to another number, but then i am liable for the costs until the problem is fixed. still no technician since 19/02/2013 to check why the business phone can not receive calls.
