PHONE LINES ARE NOT WORKING

I do not complain about the consultants helping me. The consultants are very helpful and understanding. But Telkom themselves doesn't respond to our problem.

First we installed a new phone line, last year. They couldn't manage to activate hunting on this line, so about a week ago they have changed my phone line and activated hunting. But now the line has a dialing tone, but we can not make or receive calls on it for some reason. I have emailed one of their helpful consultants and she kindly logged a fault report on the line on my behalf (27 Jan 2014). That was 4 days ago. And Telkom was not here to sort the problem for us yet. REF : 9CRZ270114

Now since the day before yesterday our other line in the hunting group is also not working. We reported the line yesterday. REF : 1560CRZ290114. That a technician needs to come out. As none of our hunting group lines are working, and we can not do business on month end.

I need a technician to come to our premises asap. We can not get calls or make calls. Its the busiest time of the month, and we are loosing a lot of business due to our phone lines. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
