After numerous calls to repair a faulty business line, we are STILL waiting for a technician to attend to the problem. The fault was reported on Monday 18/11/2013. Telkom only logged the call as of 19/11/2013. We have called daily to ascertain when a technician will come out, only to be told we are in a queing system. This is completely unacceptable and is affecting our business negatively. What do we need to do to get any service?
