CANNOT GET OUR LINES FIXED

Our BUSINESS lines have been out of order for almost 2 weeks now. We phone Telkom almost daily and each day they promise to send someone out - They did send a technician who arrived looked around and left saying that he could not fix the problem - he would arrange for the correct person to come back and sort the problem - How he knew this I am confused about because he actually never even tried to see where the problem was and he never sent another technician out and in fact REPORTED THE PROBLEM SOLVED!
When we then phoned again - we were told that the problem is sorted and we cannot report it again??!!
After a long debacle on the phone we were given a new reference Number 1297CRZ050213 and todate not a thing has been done to fix this line! COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US - This is a business line and we are LOSING business each day this goes on!
COULD YOU PLEASE NOT SEND ME YOUR STANDARD "YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN "ESCALATED" RUBBISH - and get someone who knows what they are doing to attend to this problem.
