Hi, I'm running a small "SME" Information Communications Technology company from home, I get 70% of my call-outs (jobs) via telephone, since we opened for business this January I've noticed that we are not receiving any calls at all but i can make outgoing calls and I'm loosing a lot of Business because of this issue, for the past 4 (four) weeks i have been reporting this problem and not once have they sent a Technician to my place. TELKOM PLEASE COME FIX MY LINE, I'M LOOSING MONEY BECAUSE OF YOU!!!
