TRYING TO DO A SIMPLE SIM SWOP

On the 13/02/2013 i Logged a case Ref : 3021400577 to do a sim swop as I explain the agent that I staying far from a Cell C Store and if I can do a sim swop over the phone as per the agent told yes i can but she have to log it to the back office. I gave her all the details the ICCID numbers of the contract sim card that have on me and that is not RICA'. Then she tell me that they will call me in 24 to 72 hours from the day i logged the case fine it a week today then I called the Contact Centre and what they tell me is that the case is close because they could't get me on my 0815049378 and 0747747855 and both phones when to voice mail and if it when to voice mail I will get a sms to say that someone tried to contact me and they could have left a voice mail. I also work for a cellphone provider and all it take is just 2 seconds of your contact time to contact the customer again and change the Old ICCID number to the new one I even logged on the website and send the customercare [Email Removed] and EMAIL EVEN WITH NO REPLY. The numbers are 0840809688 and the other 0746046343 ID number 7403175105088. 1. New ICCID > 8927076321205723432 (2). New ICCID > 892707632120572343.
