28/6 phoned Telkom re faulty line, they tested line and said not Telkom's fault, need to get Switcboard & ISP people out. On Thursday 4 July again phoned Telkom after wasting time & money to get the other people out & according to switchbord people, there is not a Telkom line coming into the switcboard. Since then, spoken to various people at 10217 Call Centre that cannot tell me when fault will be fixed, or some even put the phone down in my ear (by name Petroza, for one). Telkom keep sending sms's saying fault repaired, although NO technician has been at the premises and lines still faulty!! I have even visited the Telkom branch in our Mall today and NOT KEEN to help at all, said not their problem. Gave me a number and cellno of someone to phone, yet it keeps ringing. Their call Center lady says "Welcome to Telkom Business, the network that makes business work"!? I beg to differ. They have a monopoly & no competition so why should they deliver good service?! Meanwhile as a small business, I am losing business due to Telkom as my telephone and internet is my link to my patients and a livelihood!!!
