Service and excuses - Does Samsung know???

I went in on Saturday 14/12/2013 as my Samsung S4 phone was extremely hot and the battery only lasted about 2 hours if i was lucky. After booking it in they called me in an hour and said i can fetch my hone. Got there and they said there is an Issue with the S4's as the batteries swell up and the phone gets extremely hot. They replaced the battery with a new one. Over the weekend the phone kept getting hot again and the screen as well - so much so that you cant even take a call and talk as it burns your ear. Took it back AGAIN yesterday 17/12/2013. I explained to them that I need my phone as I do business with it - they gave me a loan phone - which doesn't call out, cant receive emails and did not have any of my contact on even when I request it to be linked. Called the Service and Repairs Manager whom with attitude advice me my phone has been sent away to advanced repair centre and it can take up to 21 working days to get an answer back and due to Christmas ans 26th being P/H it may take longer. I cant pay my bills as I need my phone to do so, I cant make out going calls because the loan phone doesn't allow me - I am paying R400 p.m and the phone is not even 4 month old!!
