Nashua Mobile has the worst service

I took out a contract with Nashua Northgate for a Samsung phone and a PS3 console, after 2 weeks of waiting, they kept saying there was no stock so I cancelled the application before I even paid the once off admin fee however up until now Nashua has debited me the once off fee of R474.66, 2x R199pm and now they debited me a cancellation fee of R3925.00 even thou I cancelled it before I paid for anything. I have been trying to get this resolved since June, i have spoken to Nashua Northgate, the head office and the area manager all of which are USELESS, they cannot sort out a simple issue but they took my money very fast.
