I cannot access my BBM Services since the beginning if this month. I have been calling Cell C and first they told me the problem was the phone. Then it was a technical problem. Then it was settings that they were going to send me, which I have not recieved up to today. Yesterday, the Supervisor from the Black Berry Department was going to call me. Im still waiting for their call. It seems like a hopeless situation because no one knows exactly whats going on and no one can seem to help. I'm thinking of changing my service provider at this stage.
