Terrible service from staff at Nashua Mobile!

I opened a contract with Nashua is January of this year. I have had constant problems with my iPhone 5, every time I have been into the Northgate branch to complain I have been told to do a software upgrade or have been sent to the iStore. Today I went in with the same problem yet again. This time the decided to book my phone in but I was told they would not supply me with a loan phone even though they informed me it could take up to 20 working to fix my phone. My job requires me to be available at all times so this was unacceptable. I don't see why I should have to spend my own money buying a phone to use in the mean time. They were very unhelpful and I left the store being in the exact same position. The service was absolutely shocking and I have never encountered more unhelpful people in my life. If it wasn't for the fact that I would be forced to pay R7000 to Nashua to cancel my contract I would have no hesitation.
