Went in to Nashua mobile Northgate for an upgrade on one of my lines on Friday the contract expires end of March, We were declined for no specific reason,
The white female staff member that assisted me could not stop badmouthing nashua mobile and kept saying these types of issues are normal and head office have no clue what they were doing and said we should rather go to Cell C for better service, continued to explain how unhappy everyone was at the store etc etc
To top it of i had to help her try print documents for the upgrade...
I eventually walked out and did my upgrade telephonically so the upgrade was sorted i should get my new phone next week
I have just never seen a staff member bad mouth the company they work for publicly like that before, if i hadnt been with Nashua for years i might very well have gone to cell c - staff like this will destroy sales!
