I recently applied for a data contract online which included a Samsung Galaxy Tab. As per the advertised deal - [URL Removed] - I should have received a SANDISK MICRO SD 32G CARD which I did not get. I have tried calling your call centre several times and i'm either on hold for an hour at a time or I request a call back to which I get no response. when I do get through to somebody I get no assistance at all and i get pushed around! I WANT WHAT WAS PROMISED!!! You are very quick to deduct the monthly fees within 48hours of me signing for the deal!!!
