I took a new contract around the end of August, it was for the advertised deal on the samsung galaxy S4 mini. this deal included 100 minutes, 100 sms's, 100mb and an additional 200mb of data per month. I did not receive the 200mb of data and called the cell c call center. It took them over two weeks to get back to me. They now want a copy of my contract because say the additional data is not loaded on my deal, I have no idea where the contract is and I think this is irrelevant because this deal is advertised as one that comes with additional data and it should not be my responsibility to load this! I called the call center again today, the agent could'nt help and I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that a supervisor will get back to me today but that has not happened.
