I applied online for a Vodacom contract. The website states I'll be phoned back within 24 hours. I wasn't.
I phoned Vodacom a day later. The phone call took 15 minutes, while I was asked detail questions like 'on what day should the debit order go through'. In frustration I ended the call when the consultant told me the deal I am interested in was a promotion and has expired. At the time of writing that deal was still on the website. No where does the website state it is a promotion: [URL Removed]
I was about to be a new Vodacom customer, but I was ignored, falsely advertised to, and then had my time wasted.
