My grandmother sked me to handle this she is on a everyday off peak 120 contract went in for upgrade salesman showed her differant phones but she doesnt like touch screen as she is old, they then gave her a phone a nokia100 and even charged her for the phone R289 just would like to know how does this work and didnt even gave her a copy of contract she signed please explain how does this work???
