All the hype of why you should change your bank is exactly what I, did. I moved over from Nedbank to FNB in March 2013.As I applied online, it took two weeks to get my card due to bungling with the courier.

Then I, also applied online for the Samsung Galaxy S4 online. Did not get any response from anyone and suddenly received the phone 2 weeks later via courier. It was not the colour I, wanted and when I, inquired was told sorry we cannot help you as, you did not specify. I further asked as a new customer, where was the sim card as non was included with the phone. After verious calls was given the run around by several people at the call centre stating that I, do not qualify as I did not qualify. NO WHERE IN THE AD DOES IT STATE THAT FROM WHEN THE PROMO IS "ONLY IT EXPIRES ON 31/06/2013.
Suddenly the card arrives after two week and yes... they send me the wrong sim card. To date, one week later and still trying to get someone to resove this. Today I spoke to two people at the same department and one tells me that the phone comes with the nano card and the other tells me it should have come with a micro sim card.
Cell C confirms it tahes a micro sim.
