MTN refuses to fix my phone

Three weeks ago my daughter's Blackberry Bolds screen turned white. I took it in for repairs in Grahamstown and they sent it to the repair centre in PE. Unfortunately the phone was not fixed in the time period they had given me because they were apparently waiting for some parts, so I took it back because my daughter had to go back to varsity in DBN. When she got to DBN she took the phone to the MTN store in Pavillion. The consultant who "helped" her wouldn't book the phone in because he claimed that it was in water because the liquid indication sticker was activated. The consultant next to him saw that she was very distressed so she insisted the phone be booked in anyway. We are still waiting for an update.. I'm very upset because it seems that MTN just doesn't want to fix the phone. It wasn't in water so i don't know how the sticker got activated. Surely if the MTN stores in Grahamstown or PE didn't notice it, then something else happened to her phone during the time period we did not have it. My daughter honestly loves that phone and doesn't want another one. She would be devastated if nothing could be done to it.
