VERY BAD SERVICE FROM MTN AGAIN!!!

My Blackberry 9360 was booked in with a consultant (after sitting in a Q for more than 1 hour for assistance) on 9 March 2013! phone was booked in @ pavillion MTN
i have just phoned the service centre on 083 9000 349 for the 9th time (i phone every day) and as at today the service has still not received my phone in for repairs. (MTN said there is a 10 - 14 day turn around for repairs) May i add this is the 2nd time in 2 months my phone is going in for repairs!!
the stroppy consultant i speak to at MTN repairs said the phone is still not collected from MTN pavillion and that I must phone them to follow up. i have been trying the store every day on the number provided and there is just no answer and now way to contact them!
i am sooooo annoyed as i am paying for a blackberry contract and i dont even have a blackberry to use
i think it is high time to change service providers as i had enough with MTN
