Living in Pretoria East, and phone and ADSL have been completely dead for 8 days now. Have logged calls, phoned, been escalated, but all to no avail. I pay Telkom around R700 a month for this privilege. Will Telkom deduct 25% or more from my bill at the end of the month for no service? Disgusted. Appalled. Upset. Frustrated. Disconnected.
