Repair centre poor service

5 months ago I bought Sony Experia Z "the so called water resistant phone" the phone fell into water and to my knowledge all the inputs sockets were closed properly. Took the phone to MTN Colombine square to have the phone booked in for repairs. The phone was booked and after few days I received a call that the phone is back and not fixed because of water damage, They said some of the input socket were not closed properly they found spots of water " like small drops of water" and according to the contract MTN doesn't fix water damage. If I said the input socket were closed and they saying water was found what how come the water did not fill the entire phone only drops? this is the third time around MTN is bringing my phones saying water damage without checking the entire device, what is it that they are doing during assessment? do they check water first and conclude they will not fix it? I have been with MTN for 7years and gave them chances over chances but I see that loyalty doesn't mean anything to them, i'M LEFT WITH PAYING FOR STUPID WATER RESISTANT PHONE THAT WILL BE USELESS TO ME, I'M DONE WITH MTN, AS THEIR REPAIR CENTRE ONLY KNOWS HOW TO IDENTIFY WATER FROM PHONES INSTEAD OF FIXIN
