Phone send for repairs 3 times for the same faults

I have just send my HTC Desire S Handset back to Vodacom for the third time for exactly the same problems.
The phone gave problems since a bought it in April 2012.

The screen freezes at most times of the operations, restarts itself the whole time and does not respond to
any of the settings.

I have requested that Vodacom give me a new HTC phone, seeing that they were not able to fix the persisting problems.

I keep on receiving sms'e that my phone is being send to a higher level of repair.

I want to make it very clear that I do not want that old HTC phone.
