Pathetic outcome from "advanced repair centre"

Over 2 weeks ago I took my 3 month old Nokia Lumia 920 to the walk-in centre in Canalwalk.
the phone had switched off after the battery had run down, and would not turn back on and simply displayed a lightning bolt on the screen.

I was told that they would attempt to repair the phone on site, and if unsuccessful, the phone would be sent to the advanced repair centre in JHB.

a week later I called to find out what the status of my phone was, and was told I should not call them, they will call me. After pushing for information, they reluctantly advised me that it had been sent to a "3rd party" (NOKIA) for repairs.

I received an sms yesterday stating that my phone was in transit back to Canalwalk. Today, the walk-in centre calls me to say that they are terribly sorry and totally confused - MY NEW NOKIA LUMIA 920 HAS COME BACK IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION OVER 2 WEEKS LATER! and all they can tell me is that the phone now has to be sent back to JHB for the same incompetent "specialists" to try their luck again>?

it's a new, top of the range phone. replace the thing if it can't be repaired - even Blackberry gets this right!

I'm not prepared to wait any longe
