Follow up on original complaint 9th February - MTN

I reported the worsed service ever against MTN for an incident that took place on the 9th February, I received feedback that MTN will contact me personally - to date nothing has happened. Hellopeter stated that i would get feedback within 54 hours - it is now the 19th February and to date nothing has happened.
I am of the opinion that the service from Hellotpeter is nothing better than MTN itself.
I will place adds in newspapers regarding both. May be then will i get a response
