Never their fault

I upgraded my contract on the 13/2/2013 and asked that the cell be delivered to my work. I unfirtunalty got ill and was admitted to hospital on Friday. I spoke to the courier from Ram on Friday and asked if he could deliver to my home, this was at 10am. He said he could not as they have to get the instruction from Vodocom. I called Vodocom and changed the address. Yesterday in hospital I got a call from my work because guess what they delivered the phone again to my work. I again called Ram and Vodocom to change the address. You wont believe me but this morning at 10am they delivered the phone again to my work. I called Vodocom again and got some more excuses. Ram wont do anything even though I have told them twice that I am not at work. I dont know what we are supposed to do to get service. I have been with Vodocom for about 15 years now and I beleive that I am only a cell number and not a customer. I am writing this and I know that I will not get a response because this is exactly the kind of service we expect in South Africa
