I signed up for the national Roll Out, sponsored by Eskom on 4th December 2012. I immediately received a confirmation and Ref number via e-mail stating that someone will be in touch with me soon.
On 13 December, I received a confirmation that it has been assigned to Karebo Systems and a technician will contact me within days.
On 15 th December I received an e-mail, stating that they are closing until 7 January 2013, that the project has been extended to 28th February and everyone on their database will be attended to before closure of the project (28th February).
To date (5 March) I have not had any contact or response from Karebo. I tried to phone the call centre a number of times but you either hold on for ages or get cut off after a few minutes.
My gut feel says that a claim has probably been made against Escom, for installation at my house, which never happened.
