On 1 March 2013, after numerous calls and holding on for almost an hour, and being cut-off several times, I eventually got hold of Ingrid.
Asked whether she received the Quotations, her reply: NO
I re-send Quotations (3rd time) on 1 March 2013, 9h23 (request to notify on receival)

On same day, phone to talk to supervisor (On leave)
Consultant follow-up with Ingrid, she confirms she did receive Quotations.
