On 04 February 2013 Discovery promised to deliver my Insure card by 08 February. Nothing arrived. Phone calls, emails, admin from my side to find out what happened. Apparantly the card was mailed to my address in Cape Town - I specifically asked that this NOT happen.
On 11 February 2013 Discovery again promised to deliver my Insura card by Friday 15th February. AGAIN nothing happened.
More phone calls and emails and admin from my side - I should not have to engage in these follow ups.
On 18 February 2013 Discovery again promised delivery by 19th February. Today is 20th February and nothing has happened.
I am at the point where having just moved to Discovery Insure, I want to cancel and go back to my old insurers where at least follow ups happened. If this is the pathetic level of service Discovery Insure give me when simply trying to get a card to me, i shudder to imagine how difficult it will be to actually make a claim.
Pathetic Discovery. Poor poor poor service. You should be ashamed. If anyone wants to move to Discovery Insure, D O N T because you will be letting yourself in for an admin nightmare.
