I took my iPhone 4s to vodacare to be repaired of the broken back cover, the phone was already out of warranty but covered by their insurance Cellsure, they booked in my phone for repairs, they then send it to their Advance repair Center, where i was told that the phone cannot be fixed, but it will be replaced, and the insurance approved the replacement of the handset. i went in to collect my so called New replacement handset, only to find out that it is a REFURBISHED phone that belonged MR Lloyd Khoza, how on earth can insurance give me refurbished phone, while i'm covered for R9500 in value of the phone.
i'm honestly sick of Vodacom and their tactics. i'm moving all my lines with them.
