Complaint Reference 701090 with HIGH PRIORITY

I received a computer generated response to my original complaint to Hellopeter on the 9th May saying the complaint had been logged by Wesley Major and that I would be personally contacted in due course. Now 11 days later I have not been contacted.

This just adds to the poor service stated on the original complaint
