I spoke to Tiego Medupe on 20 February 2013 (after being in contact with him since 6 February 2013), requesting a technician be sent out to our offices to test our lines to see which ones were working and which ones were in use. I also enquired about business packages for our offices. I never received any feedback.
I sent a second request on 27 February 2013, and also sent the same request to Rekha Sanker (who revered me to Tiego in the first place) - never got any feedback.
The same request was once again sent to the same two persons on 4 March 2013 - no response.
Again on 18 March - nothing.
A fifth one was sent on 18 June... today, I am still awaiting response.
