I did an upgrade on the 10th of January 2013 for a galaxy pocket with a Samsung 32 inch TV. Today is the 19th of February still the tv has not been delivered. I contacted the store they tell me that the supplier might be out of stock which is non of my business as I checked on their yellow trader the promotion is still up but they say they don't have stock. At the end of the month my account is debited but I still find no joy. Mtn is a big company there should be another plan in place. Can you please let me know on when is your problem going to be sorted if not soon let me give you your phone back and get a new upgrade on another product. I even phoned Mtn direct they can't help as the promo was only in stores who is gonna help me then? There are lot's of 32 inch tv's that mtn can give out at no loss. Please help as soon as the end of this week or I am going to wright a cancellation letter. I complained about this issue and no body from mtn came back to me. They just responded on Hello Peter and that was it.
