This is the second complaint I have regarding Cell C's poor service. Previously when applying for a blackberry curve on the same contract 2 years ago, it took Cell C approximately 3 months to issue me with the new phone. I have recently upgraded on the same contract only to be told, once again, that there is now no stock of the phone I desire, being the Samsung Note II. To date I have waited 4 weeks and have already enquired as to the status without a reasonable response. I still have no confirmation as to when the phone will be issued. I am aware that there is stock available in the area as I have seen stock in the other stores. If it wasn't t for my long standing contract with Cell C I would have cancelled my contract already.
