I went through Mtn active on my phone and realised that for december I've been billed insurance 3 times. I ONLY have 2 insurances 1 for my wifes phone 1 for my phone. I phoned mtn direct but no one was abble to assist. So can mtn explain what is happening. Again this phone was due for an upgrade I went did an upgrade for a samsung pocket a 32 inch samsung tv which is a week now and has not been delivered yet. When must I expect my TV because I don't think mtn is going to deduct my money month end if the upgrade is no finalised yet.
