Migrated my number from MTN SP (because of horrific service) to Nashua Mobile. Was told to put the number on pre-paid before they could do it, so I moved the number. Was then issued with a new contract and phone and told to give it 2 hours. 14 days later I AM STILL ON FRIKKEN PRE-PAID!!!
The staff in the store (Grove) is not helping and seems clueless - been back there several times - never gets back, never phones to see if the problem is sorted.
Called the call center - Boy, your'e lucky if you get helped before listening to the ivr for 10 minutes. And then empty promises again... nobody taking ownership, nobody getting back to me and STILL NOT ABLE TO MAKE PHONE CALLS!!!
