Nashua Mobile - Poor Service

See my previous report below in October 2012. I have still not been paid back my money.

I took a Cell C contract with Nashua Mobile and asked for a existing Vodacom number to be carried over to Cell C. More than two weeks are recieving the phone this had not happened and i therefore could not use the phone. I have called the store to query and even visited the store 4 times. Both the manager and assistant promised to get back to me but never did.

Unhappy with the service I cancelled the contract. Approximately 3 weeks after cancelling the contract and giving back the phone, I have still been billed for the contract. I phoned and visited the branch to query the money deduction from my account. AGAIN, they promised to get back to me but still did not.

The service at Nashua Mobile at the Grove in Pretoria East is disgusting.
