Eally disappointed with the service delivery Nashua Mobile has to offer.

I applied for additional phone on my contract at Nashua at the Grove mall in pretoria east i was told i'd receive the phone is the next 2 to 3 days and they would call me to come collect the phone 3 days passed and they hadn't called on the 4th day i went to the shop again to check what the issues was and they told me they would definitely call me the next day and in typical Nashua style they never came back to me so i called them AGAIN they told me their system is offline and they would call me back they never did until i called them back again and only now they tell me i need to open a new contract of which is a because they lost my documents i gave to them to add a phone on my current contract and i always have a problem having to remind them once i have paid my bills to unlock my number from the softlock issue this is totally unacceptable for nashua to treat its clients like this we go to nashua seeking a cellphone service provider who will be flexible and honest its unfortunate i already have a contract with Nashua but i am not happy cause they not living put to their standards
