I applied for a data deal with Cell C on the 7th of February 2013 and received fantasitc service on the first day of the application. There after it has been a constant battle with Cell C to find out what is happening with my application. I have called in twice and had to leave messages for the agent to call me back. I have sent various e-mails enquiring about my application after i sent throught my payslip on the 11th of February 2013.
I was previously black listed and when i called in today i was told that if i had any outstanding debt that had been written off by Cell C this would have to be paid before they would consider me for a data deal contract.
Why I was not told this before annoys the out of me as I could have saved myself a whole lot of frustration with Cell C to start off with. The service is just pathetic and shocking!
