Harassment and illegal behaviou

Today I receive an sms, one of a constant stream from various "collection agencies"

Multiple problems with this:
1) I don't actually owe you any money, I last had an account with you in May 2010 - I cancelled this account and paid it off in full (with some extra to be sure) be in may 2010.
2) The first I heard that you claim I owe you money is in March 2012 some two years later. When a 'collection agency' contacted me out of nowhere. You had *TWO* years to send me an invoice of some kind or try and contact me yet you did not.
3) This behaviour is actually illegal, it is not legal to send a case to a debt collection agency until *after* actually contacting the person in question, you have all my contact details yet not once have you tried to contact me, I still await an invoice for the money I supposidely "owe"
4) Quite clearly this is a mistake on your side where you have not cancelled the service correctly or something similar, yet instead of correcting this mistake you choose to harrass and slander me.

Please rectify this immediately, and compensate me appropriately or I will be forced to take legal action as you leave me no choice as I cannot tolerate this continued slander.
